I purchased the wrong event, what do I do?

This is not a refundable product after it has been used. If you purchased the wrong event, please submit a ticket so that we can help you get the correct event.

If you want a refund, please submit your request immediately. Please Include the following information:

  • First and last name;
  • the email address used in the purchase;
  • time and date of the order; and,
  • the event city and year ordered.
